What is the payment and cancellation policy for trips?

Payment: 25% advance to book, 50% 30 days before, remaining on departure day. Cancellation: Full refund (minus 5% processing) if cancelled 45+ days before, 50% refund 30-45 days before, 25% refund 15-30 days before, no refund within 15 days.
