Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Book My Mandir mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Book My Mandir ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Book My Mandir is a platform that connects devotees with temples and pandits across India. Our Service includes:

• Temple darshan booking (VIP and regular)
• Pandit booking for home, temple, and online ceremonies
• Live streaming of religious ceremonies
• E-commerce for religious merchandise
• Community forum for spiritual discussions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email and in-app notification
• You must arrive at the temple/ceremony at the scheduled time
• Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of booking without refund

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets

4.3 Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally:

• Cancellations 24+ hours before: 90% refund
• Cancellations 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 12 hours: No refund

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, temples, or pandits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or user accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false or misleading reviews

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by Book My Mandir and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you post on the Service
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have the right to post the content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services (Firebase, Razorpay, Google Maps). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book My Mandir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8.3 Temple and Pandit Services

Book My Mandir acts as a platform connecting users with temples and pandits. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by temples or pandits.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Book My Mandir from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
