For temples

Run your temple from one owned workspace.

Start with temple profiles, listings, devotee records and consent history. Add import and email workflows within their published limits. Every wider accounting, inventory, people and communication tool is labeled by current availability. BookMyMandir uses Xalen, Vedika and other providers only through explicit client adapters; their wider estates are not silently presented as BookMyMandir features. Your institution remains the seller, fulfiller and payment destination owner, and keeps its data, brand and relationships.

Temple operations, connected

Accounting· Roadmap

Xalen Books

Planned BookMyMandir accounting workflows backed by a versioned Xalen adapter; no journal or ledger product is available here today.

Money· Ledger beta · 80G not built

Donation records / 80G roadmap

Donation-drive listings, an approved temple payment-link handoff and record-only ledger exist in source. The temple remains the seller and payment destination owner; settlement verification, statutory receipts and 10BD/10BE remain unavailable.

Operations· Roadmap

Xalen ERP

Planned provider-backed inventory, asset, procurement and vendor workflows; a neighbouring Xalen product is not treated as shipped BookMyMandir capability.

People· Roadmap

Xalen HRMS

Planned provider-backed staff, priest and sevaka records, attendance, payroll, leave and rostering.

Finance· Roadmap

Expense & approvals

Planned staff claims and configurable trustee approval flows.

Engagement· Bounded proof + roadmap

Devotee register & outreach

The private register, operator-recorded email consent ledger, bounded CSV/XLSX import and saved segments have separate production-browser evidence at their published limits. Consent status is not legal verification; configured-sender email remains customer beta, while journeys, SMS and WhatsApp delivery are unavailable.

One operating model

A 100-tool plan connects front office, back office, governance and public reach, with availability shown for every tool.

Consent stays attached

Consent history and send-time email checks exist in source; production proof and broader privacy workflows remain open.

No offering cut

BookMyMandir charges no share of offerings. Account activation still requires configured identity and manual operator review.

Managed services · separately scoped

Use the software directly—or ask us to scope the operating work with you.

BookMyMandir can separately scope implementation, data migration, website or embed work, content and discovery operations, campaign setup, provider onboarding and team training. Each engagement needs a written scope, named owner and agreed deliverables. The temple keeps control of its domain, provider accounts, advertising spend, fulfilment and funds.

Implementation

Workspace setup, approved data migration, operating-process design and staff enablement can be scoped around tools at their published availability.

Presence & reach

Website, embed, content, SEO and campaign assistance can be scoped without claiming live social publishing, ad buying or provider access that has not been approved.

Ongoing operations

A service brief may cover recurring operator support and reporting; response times, output volume and provider costs exist only when written into the engagement.

Request a services assessment

Managed work does not convert a roadmap tool into available software or bypass legal, provider, verification or production-evidence gates.
