You pay for staff seats. Never for offerings.
Temples keep 100% of every offering. We charge for the staff who use the software and for the messages you ask us to send, never a share of a donation or a seva. Hands-on services are quoted on their own and are not part of the prices below.
What works today: 36 workflows run on live production. You can sign yourself up, get a workspace and save your temple profile. We proved that with a throwaway account and then deleted it. Consent-Gated Email Campaigns is our one controlled beta and its sending is still held. We have not proved that a real person received the confirmation email, and we have no temple’s acceptance to show. Everything else is either built but unproved on live production, or not built.
Checkout is not open: nothing on this page can be bought. There is no card payment, no plan to switch on and no usage bill. The prices are what we intend to charge once billing opens. Seats work inside the product already: the temple owner takes one seat, and an invitation nobody has accepted still holds one. You cannot buy an extra seat, and there is no proration or automatic downgrade.

Staff seats
Where a paid staff seat would actually be bought.
Every workspace has a Software billing screen. It reads the seat count we hold for your temple, quotes the next paid seat at the price our server holds with GST added, and names every setting still missing before a card payment could be taken. It never invents a price and it never takes money while the merchant account is unset. The Plus, Pro and Enterprise plans above are not sold there; those stay a conversation.
What you will see today: BookMyMandir has no live merchant account, so that screen reports checkout as unavailable, lists each held setting and says who has to supply it. Your workspace, your records and your exports are never held behind it.
Messages are bought in packs, not per devotee
You would buy a pack of messages up front. The size of your devotee list does not change the price. Email needs a verified sender that the temple sets up. We cannot send SMS or WhatsApp at all: provider sign-up, DLT registration, approved templates and rates are still ahead of us.
Where each plan stands
Free is what you get when you create a workspace. Plus is a pilot we are looking for temples to try. Pro and Enterprise are further out. Contact limits, annual discounts, taxes and overage charges do not exist yet, so none of them can reach you as a bill.
Hands-on help is quoted on its own
Setting the system up, moving your old records across, website or embed work, content and search operations, campaign setup, provider sign-up and staff training are all priced separately. Asking about them is not an order and not a promise to deliver. The temple keeps its domain, its provider accounts, its ad spend, its fulfilment and its money.
